Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel overworked, underappreciated - for the amount of hours I work. Work is not all about money - money is important to survive yes but self-wroth/dignity/respect are key to ensuring one feels fairly compensated.

I do not get paid enough

Can be better. Increase the tuition amount that employees get
