What do you like best about the leadership team?
Experience in decades and decades variety of industries
Supportive and likely to help you when you need it
The CEO is also the Founder of the business. He is a remarkable entrepreneur and has instilled family values as part of the culture
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improving their toxic culture and paying their employees better.
Seeing their employees as people not just something to sell. Many people are put into incompatible roles just so FDM can make a sale with the client
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance package is pretty decent
Salary is important, but FDM also offers a good number of vacation days and some awesome annual staff parties

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, supportive and really friendly
It's great to be surrounded by a diverse, inclusive and hard working team. We are collaborative, dynamic and all have the same goal.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Product knowledge communication clarity maturity inquisitive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at the client site are ok but there is little interaction with FDM
The environment is dynamic, collaborative and fast paced. New ideas are encouraged and rewarded. 'Work hard, play hard' culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
In person, got an insight on operation
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get rid of the video recording interview where you just speak to the camera. It does not show anything useful about the candidate or how they would interact with an actual client
What makes you most happy at work?
Width of relationships with big firms, depth and length of relationships

I love the people I work with. FDM is a people business and I believe in what we do, which is: creating and inspiring exciting careers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat the employees as people and not a product. Pay us more money or at least scale the pay by the city we are placed in.
