The open and honest aspect of it, but also, again, the people! Fun people who bring positivity and are just good fun to be around.

Freedom to structure my own days at my own pace - if I'm feeling off, I can have a quieter day, and if I want to come into the office and be social , I can!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very relaxed and informal, it felt more like a casual chat on both sides. Absolutely did not feel like it was an interview, or that I was being interrogated, and it felt like it was an opportunity to find out more and see if it was a fit on BOTH sides, which is rare!
