What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is so cooperative and like connecting
Very open and honest, support people working on the front line and never have an ego.
The leadership team at featurespace is extremely supportive and helpful; their role is to make your job easier, and they take that very seriously. I am always happy for leadership to get involved in a project because I know they know what they are doing and are here to help and not judge.
Leadership really respects everyone and trusts them to do the best for the company. They absolutely don't micro-manage.
The are approachable and treat everyone equally.
