It was the best and I was paid weekly

I'm having an absolutely amazing time here - it's so different from past companies and the corporate culture I'm used to! We're given the freedom to be creative and drive project ourselves, the benefits are great, and I love the flexible working options. Very cool offices and free food!!!

Very relaxed and informal, it felt more like a casual chat on both sides. Absolutely did not feel like it was an interview, or that I was being interrogated, and it felt like it was an opportunity to find out more and see if it was a fit on BOTH sides, which is rare!

It showed me the values of the company are creative problem solving, good coding, and good data science practice, and that really attracted me here.

They really cared about how I was able to problem solve which showed me it's a company that cares about problem solving skills.
