What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I honestly don't have anything to say here
What are some of the best things about your team? For the most part we all work as a team that is except for management
What are some of the best things about your team?I can trust most of them with tasks
What would you improve about your company's interview process?I went through 7 total interviews with various people from portions of the team. Given the amount of interviews they also refused to do the interviews at convenient times and required me to drive across the state to meat with their leadership team. Uncompensated 3 hour drive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Did not receive a cost of living adjustment equal to inflation despite the company bragging about their record profits, and the CEO buying a new jet. My work has been on time, and was givin raving reviews from supervisors up until this point.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team constantly and consistently pushes for new and better. Yet completely ignores their systemic issues. It's like bailing water out of a boat with a bucket without first plugging the leak.
