  • I already connected my e-receipts in the app. Why aren't my receipts being pulled in?

    **E-receipt scanning function is currently only available to iOS devices and will be coming to Android devices in the future**

    Make sure that youre tapping the blue button on the Scan page each time you have new receipts in your inbox. Please also note that this is still currently in beta testing to a small amount of users, and we are unable to guarantee any receipts that are missed through this feature.

    Please note that we only accept the following e-receipts:Walmart, Target, Boxed, Costco, Sam's Club, Jet, Shipt, Instacart, Peapod, Amazon/Amazon Prime

    The following types of e-receipts do not work with Fetch at this time:Walmart Pay, Sam's Scan-and-Go, Amazon Prime Now, Amazon Pantry, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Pantry Fresh

    If you know you have qualifying receipts and they stillaren'tshowing up in the app, try the following steps:

    Go to the Me tab, find the connected email or Amazon account and tap Delete

    Uninstall/delete the Fetch Rewards application (this will not delete your Fetch account)

    Turn phone completely off then back on (restart)

    Download/install Fetch Rewards from the App Store once more

    Log into Fetch with your email address, Facebook, or Google SSO

    Go to the Me tab once again and try connecting the email or Amazon account

    Tap on the blue e-receipt icon

  • Receipt is inaccurate item(s) or offers missed

    If you should have earned points on a receipt (even for special offers), but items were notproperly identified, you can correct this inside the app to earn your points more quickly.

    1. Open the receipt in question2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Correct my Receipt"3. If the item is listed on your receipt, select that itema. If not, select"+Add an item that was missed"4. Select the brand that it should have been5. Correct the quantity/price inaccuracies6. Click "Submit"7. Your points will arrive soon!

  • Can I submit receipts from any store?

    Fetch Rewards only accepts receipts from grocery retailers, supermarkets, club wholesalers, home improvement/hardware stores, pet stores and convenience stores that are attached to most gas stations (we don't accept the fuel pump receipts, though!)

  • How can I redeem a reward when I don't have text messaging?

    We understand that not everyone can have access to a number that can take or send text messages, causing an inconvenience to some users. This type of security is a common method of authorization that many other apps and programs use to verify the users identity.

    An option to consider would be to ask a close friend or relative to use their number to receive the authorization code that's sent when you want to redeem points for a gift card. If all else fails, you can try using a service like Google Voice to obtain a new number that receives texts over the Internet.

  • Can I get credit for receipts from retailer-specific apps like Walmart Pay, Sam's Club Scan and Go, etc?

    E-receipts are currently not compatible with app-delivered receipts such as Walmart Pay or Sams Club Scan and Go, but we are working to integrate such receipts as soon as possible.

  • Tips to scan a receipt so items aren't missed

    Please follow these guidelines when submitting a receipt:

    Your receipt is by itself on a solid, dark, and non-reflective surface

    A plain, black shirt laid flat works great!

    Your leg, bedspread, stone countertop, or keyboard isn't recommended

    Receipt is not stained, smudged, nor crinkled and is laying flat

    Image is taken in a well lit area and no shadows cover or block any part of the receipt

    Make sure to scan the receipt in its entirety including store name and/or logo, checkout date/time, and total amount paid

    When including multiple photos for a receipt limit any data overlap to no more than 2lines. The screen will show you where it left off from the previous scan

    Following these guidelines will help to have your receipts processed quicker and properly awardyou points for your purchases.

    Receipts must be from eligible stores located in the United States or Puerto Rico. We are unable to process receipts from anywhere else.

  • Im having difficulties scanning and uploading my receipt, what should I do?

    Try scanning the receipt in a location with a strong WiFi signal as well as closing the app and opening it. Then, make sure both your phones software and Fetch Rewards are updated to the latest versions. If the problem persists, please contact usletting us know the error message you are receiving and the model of the device you are using.

    You are able to fix a receipt within up to three days after it has completed processing.

  • How do I remove an item from my Smart List?

    To remove an item after adding it to your shopping list, select the box to the left of the item. That will move the item to the bottom of the page under "Completed". You can delete your "Completed" items by pressing "Clear".

  • How long does it take for a receipt to be processed?

    Most receipts will be processed within seconds after submitting them. If you make a correction to a completed receipt, it can take up to 24 hours to reprocess it.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Thank you for giving Fetch Rewards a try!

    To ensure that duplicate accounts aren't being created, we can only deactivate your account. Your account information will stay secure and private.

    If you would like your account to be deactivated, please contact support. We are happy to answer any questions and/or address any concerns that you might have as well.

    If you should decide to give us another try, simply email us and include the name and email address that was linked to your account.

  • Why was my account deactivated?

    Unfortunately, if you can believe it, there are individuals that try to fraudulently obtain points from us using many different methods. In order to provide the maximum amount of points and savings to our wonderful Fetch users, we put systems in place to detect fraudulent behavior.

    Below, are common reasons for account deactivations:

    Changing non-partner items to partner items

    Having multiple accounts on one device

    Creating fake accounts to receive referral bonuses

    Scanning receipts for a business purchase

  • I signed into my account and all my points are missing, what happened?

    If you log into your account and see that all your points are missing, please logout and try signing in with another email address. It can be easy to forget which email address is used with each application.

    To log out of your account, please use the following instructions:

    Tap on the "Me" tab.

    Tap the "Settings" option.

    Select "Log Out".

    If there are no other email addresses that could have been used, please contact us by using the button below and provide your first/last name and phone number in your message.

  • How do I get credit for a receipt that was emailed to me? What about an image of a receipt on my device?

    E-receipts are a new feature that is still undergoing testing and isonly available for iOS devices at this time (iPhones & iPads for example).It will be available for Android devices in the near future.

    In order to get credit for digital receipts, youll need to use our e-Receipts feature. With this feature, you can connect your Fetch account to an email inbox containing digital receipts and pull them into the app to get points.

    **We are unable to accept submissions of any pictures or scans of receipts, either through the app camera or e-receipts feature.**

    To connect e-receipts on your eligible Fetch Account, follow these steps:

    Go to the Me page in the app

    Select Shop online? (Pressing the blue button under Scan also gets you to the page)

    Choose Connect with Email

    Select appropriate email type

    Agree to the Terms of Service

    The process is the same for connecting an Amazon account; simply choose "Connect with Amazon" when prompted.

    After your inbox and Fetch account are successfully linked, you can search for new compatible e-receipts by going to the Scan page in the app and tapping the blue button. You must tap this icon each time you want to search for new receipts.

  • Can long receipts be processed?

    You are now able to submit more than four images.

    Line up the top of the store's name/logo with the very top of the scan frame, careful not to cut it off.

    Zoom or be as far out as the app will let you, in order to include as much as possible. The app will tell you if it's too far away or not legible. Then, just move in closer until it works).

    Make sure scan of receipt is not missing any information (store name & logo, checkout date & time, total amount paid).

    Scan the entire receipt from top to bottom, in multiple shots if need be, using the "Add Section" or "+" icon, and leaving no gaps or "white space" in any images. (You can physically cut off the survey & store loyalty card info as long as the purchase total & checkout time/date stamp is still included).

    Limit any data overlap to no more than 2 lines. (The screen will show you where it left off from the previous scan).

  • How do I fix a spelling error in my name?

    In order to fix a spelling error or change your name, please make sure your application is updated to the latest version.

    1. Go to the "Me" section of the application

    2. Select the "Pencil" icon located next to your name and email address

    3. Update your name in the text boxes

    4. Select "Save Changes"

  • Instructions on how to complete Rewards redemption

    Go to the "Rewards" tab located at the bottom of the screen and select a reward that you want to redeem.

    Click the "Get This Reward" option at the bottom of the screen while on the reward you wish to redeem.

    Enter in the 4 digit security code (that is texted to the phone number on your Fetch Rewards account) and click "Validate".

    Click on "Go To My Rewards". You can also access this later by clicking on the "Rewards" tab and then clicking "My Rewards".

    Select the reward that you redeemed followed by the "View This Reward" button.

    Follow the instructions to finish activating the reward through the associated vendor/company. The gift cardwon'tbe complete/active until you finish this step.

    There are so many ways to earn points with Fetch Rewards!

    Scanning ReceiptsEvery time you scan an eligible receipt, you will receive at least 25 points! Fetch Rewards accepts any eligible receipts from grocery/supermarkets, wholesale club stores, hardware, pet stores, or convenience retailers.

    Buying Participating Items When you buy one of our qualifying brands, you'll earn points based off the price paid, every single time.

    Buying Special Offers On the Discover page, you'll find specific items that can earn you more points. Additional information on the offer, such as the qualifying dates, items, and quantities, can be found by clicking it.

    Referrals Want to help your friends earn awesome rewards? Share the love! For referring your friends, you will receive 2,000 points. They receive 2,000 points too!

    **Points awarded are based on final price paid: pre-tax and after all other coupons/discounts/savings are applied.**

  • Why are my point totals different?

    There are three areas in the app that show two different values of points.

    One showsPoints Available and the other showsLifetime Points.

    Points available represents all points currently associated with your account that can be used towards Rewards. It is calculated as such: [Lifetime Points] - [Expired Points + Redeemed Points].

    This value can be found on both the Discovertab in the app as well as theMe tab.

    Lifetime points earned is a tally of the total amount of points you've earned as a Fetch user, including those points that have already been redeemed.

    This value can be found on theScan tab.

  • What do I do if I didn't get points for a qualifying brand?

    You have the ability to help our software learn by editing your receipts if you find any discrepancies. This is the fastest way to receive the missing points. Launch the Fetch Rewards app, go to the receipt in question, and follow the steps below within three days of it being scanned:

    Select the Scan tab at the bottom of the application

    Scroll sideways through your most recent receipts at the top and select the one you need to correct.

    Scroll all the way down until you see "Correct my Receipt" (located at the bottom of the digital receipt).

    Select the item to correct, or tap on "+ Add an item that was missed (located at the top of the digital receipt).

    Select or add the correct item and press Change Item on the bottom.

    Adjust the quantity and price for the item. If the exact item can not be found, please use the generic brand associated with the item.

    Once you have made all corrections, click "Yes, Submit" and it will be reviewed quickly. We also gave you the option to scan the barcode when correcting a receipt.

    Corrections will be approved or denied with in 24 hours of submission.

    If any special offers were associated with the corrected items, they will be applied after the receipt is reprocessed with the correct partner product information.

    The referral points will be awarded to you and your referral after their first receipt has completely finished processing. Once processed, the points will be added to your available points.

    Please make sure that the person you referred entered the code when signing up with Fetch.If a referral code was sent via text or email with a link, you must manually enter that referral code or acknowledge that you are bypassing this section by selecting the "skip" button to finish the sign up process. Clicking on the link will not automatically apply the referral code.

    You can see a history and the status of your referrals by going to theMe section inside the app and selectingRefer for Points. If a name isn't showing up, that means they haven't entered your code yet!

  • Where can I find my referral code?

    In the application, select Me and then go to Referral Code. Your referral code is listed in the box, available to be copied and pasted to send to your friends!

  • Adding missing information to receipts unable to be processed

    If a receipt is unable to be processed due to missing information, you can manually add the information.

    Go to theScanpage inside the application

    Select the receipt that is unable to be processed

    Choose "Enter Details"

    Add the store name, checkout time, checkout date, and purchase total

    If qualifying brands were on the receipt, you can enter that information under "Add Items"

    Select "Submit Receipt Details"

    The receipt will then be reviewed! If you don't remember which receipt it is, you can select the icon of a mountain located on the top right section of the receipt page.

    Another option is to rescan the receipt.

  • How do I change my email address?

    In order to change your email address, please make sure your Fetch Rewards application is updated to the latest version.

    1. Go to "Me" section in the application

    2. Select the "Pencil" icon next to your account information

    3. Enter the email address in the box under your name

    4. Select "Save Changes"

    Your email address is now updated!

    If you received an error while submitting, it likely means you already have an account with that email address. Please contact Support for assistance.

  • Where can I find gift cards I previously purchased using FetchPay?

    As with your standard Fetch gift card rewards, you can find cards purchased with FetchPay on the Rewards page in the app under the My Rewards tab.If a gift card has been marked as "Used", you can still access that card. Marking a gift card as "Used" simply helps you manage the gift cards on your Fetch Rewards account.

  • Which retailers and email addresses are currently accepted for e-receipts?

    E-receipts is currently only compatible with and must be received on the following email providers:

    Gmail

    Outlook

    AOL

    Yahoo

    **Please note that the e-mail you use to access your Fetch Rewards account does not need to be the same, and forwarded e-receipts from other addresses will not work.**

    The program is also limited for the time being to these retailers:

    Walmart

    Does not includeWalmart Pay purchases

    Does not include Sam's Scan-and-Gopurchases

  • Missing Points on an Offer or Item

    You have the ability to help our software learn by correcting your receipts if you find any discrepancies. This is the fastest way to receive the missing points.

    To do that, please launch the Fetch Rewards app, go to the receipt in question, and follow the steps below:

    Select the "Scan" tab at the bottom of the application

    Scroll sideways through your most recent receipts at the top and select the one you need to correct.

    Scroll all the way down until you see "Correct my Receipt" (located at the bottom of the digital receipt).

    Select the item to correct, or tap on "+ Add an item that was missed (located at the top of the digital receipt).

    Select or add the correct item and press Change Item on the bottom.

    Adjust the quantity and price for the item. If the exact item can not be found, please use the generic brand associated with the item.

    Once you have made all corrections, click "Yes, Submit" and it will be reviewed quickly. We also gave you the option to scan the barcode when correcting a receipt.

    When correcting a receipt,you also have the option to scan the barcode.

    If any special offers were associated with the corrected items, they will be applied after the receipt is reprocessed with the correct partner product information.

    Corrections will be processed within 24 hours of submission.

    **Receipts can be fixed within three days of being submitted.**

  • Im having trouble connecting to my bank account, what should I do?

    Fetch does not receive your online banking credentials, and cannot see error messages. During the Beta testing, please let us know the banking institution and error you are seeing. Please do not share your online banking login, password, account number, social security number, or any other private information with us your privacy is important! From there, we will investigate the issue and hope to get it resolved shortly.

    Please Note: Fetch Rewards cannot manually add any bank accounts to FetchPay. If an account is not being accepted, we are not able to add it in our system.

  • Do points expire?

    If an account is inactive for 90 days, the points will expire. Inactive status means there have been no finished receipts within that time period. Fetch will notify users via the email address on the account before their points are expired.

    **Please note, even though you may receive points for SingleCare or Referrals, if receipts aren't scanned, those points may be awarded, then subsequently removed. Please keep scanning your receipts so points do not expire!**

  • What happens when I delete a receipt?

    Once scanned and processed, receipts can't be deleted. If points were not awarded, please fix the receipt by using the "Correct my Receipt" feature or contact Support so your receipt can be processed.

  • How do I add a referral code?

    If you missed adding the referral code at sign up, you can still add it before you scan your first receipt. You can enter it by going to the Me tab at the bottom of the app and selectingRefer for Points. On that page, you will be able to enter the code. You are unable to enter it after once you submit a receipt.
