To buy a ticket, you have to click on the " Buy Now" button located in the bottom of the screen.
When you do this, a new window will open and you will have to select:- The day you want to go.- The ticket type (some events allow you to buy different versions of an event. For example, a festival with or without camping).- The number of tickets you want to buy.- Apply a voucher: If the plan allows the use of voucher, you will see the option "Apply voucher".
Once you have clicked the "Purchase" button your purchase will be completed. Your tickets will then appear in the "Tickets" section of your Fever profile.
In some cases, it might be necessary to take some extra steps, such as calling to confirm your reservation, etc. Always read the purchase confirmation email carefully to make sure you complete the process correctly.
Finally, we would like you to know that in Fever we work with Braintree, which is one of the safest transaction systems for online purchases.
View ArticleYou can find all your vouchers in the "Vouchers" section of your profile. Each one of those will have specific features and requirements, as well as its own expiration date. You can check all this in the "Vouchers" section, just clicking on each of them.
This voucher system is very intuitive and you will be able to track your vouchers more easily.
The redemption process is basically the same:- Go to the "Vouchers" section- Click "Add voucher code".- Insert the code and click "Confirm".
Your balance will be added to your voucher wallet that you can use an unlimited amount of times until it reaches 0. You can also see other types of special campaign voucher (remember to check the expiration date often).

View ArticleWhen applying vouchers, each voucher and event has its own specific conditions. Hence, there are events that do not allow the use of vouchers and there are vouchers that cannot be applied to certain events.
In any case, right before the confirmation of the purchase, there will be an informative screen showing you the total amount that your credit card will be charged, as well as the discount applied if you use a voucher.
Plus, if an event does not permit the use of vouchers, a text will appear stating that "this ticket does not admit vouchers".

View ArticleYou should always read carefully the instructions stated in the ticket details and in the confirmation email, as sometimes extra steps are needed (e.g. calling to confirm reservation, etc)
In some cases, you only need to show the ticket to the venue staff in order to enjoy the experience. However, it is quite common that you need to validate the ticket as well.
You must only validate your ticket once at the place of the experience, with the venue staff. To validate it, go to the "Tickets" section on your profile and select the ticket. Then, click on "Validate tickets" at the bottom. Please note that this option will appear just one hour prior to the plan start time to avoid validations by mistake.

Go to the "Vouchers" section on your profile and you will see all your vouchers. Each one of those will have its own features and requirements, as well as its own expiration date, and you choose which one you use!
For your convenience, please review the steps to apply a voucher in your purchases:
1. Choose a plan and click "Get it"2. In this section you must choose the session and number of tickets that you need. You will see also the total price.3. If the plan has vouchers enabled, you will see the option "Apply voucher". Bear in mind that, in case we had given you a VIP voucher, you will be able to skip all the restrictions!4. Once you tap this button, a new window is presented containing all the vouchers you have, split in "Available" and "Unavailable". This happens because, as mentioned, each voucher follows its own rules and requirements and maybe that specific plan does not match all of them.5. Choose one voucher among the available ones and you will go back to the ticket selector, where the final price should be updated with the correct discount. 6. In case you change your mind and prefer a different voucher, simply click [X] on the voucher row and the button will be restored to "Apply voucher" again. Choose a different voucher and the final price will be updated again.Attention! If you change something after applying a voucher, it will disappear and you must apply it again. This happens because your new selection might not be eligible for the voucher you had previously selected.7. Click "Purchase", and that's it.

Take into account that Fever is designed to use only one profile on each device (mobile phone or tablet). In the case that two Fever profiles sign into the same device (New Version), you will not be able to redeem vouchers from any of them. Signing in with Facebook and Google interchangeably will create two different accounts and, hence, you will need to delete one of them: you can do so from the "Preferences & Legal" section from your app, clicking on Delete Account. (Remember that all your details associated to that profile, even your tickets, will be deleted).

You should be careful not to click the button twice because it will make you leave the list.
If you want to increase the number of friends that are accompanying you, you should go to the plan details and click on "Leave event". After that, you can join the list again selecting the number of attendees you want. In order to check if you have eventually joined the list, just visit the "Tickets" section in your profile.
To attend these events, you don't need to show the ticket at the entrance, but remember that management can refuse service to anyone at any given time. Review also the confirmation email and the ticket information for further details.

View ArticleThere might be different reasons why a purchase could not be completed. Please check the "Tickets" section in your profile to make sure whether it has been completed or not, before trying again.
If the ticket does not appear in the tickets section, you can try the following:
1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Go to the store and check that the app has been updated.
2. Log out and log in to your account (you can do so from "Settings" > "Exit"). Also, please close the app and try opening it again.
3. Restart your phone for troubleshooting.
4. If you are using an Android device, clear the apps cache. You can do this by accessing the Settings option on your phone.
5. The app works much better with a Wi-Fi connection. Sometimes, when using a 3G/4G connection
6. Refrain from using Amex cards, as they might cause some trouble. Also, make sure the card used is not expired and it has enough funds.
7. If possible, try using a different payment method. Sometimes, one-time errors occur and they can be fixed by doing this. Otherwise, try deleting the already saved payment method on Settings> "Payment method" and enter all the details again.
8. If the app is not working yet, you should uninstall the app from the settings section of your device and download it again from the store.

If the experience you want does not allow you to increase the number of people, it means it only allows a maximum number of tickets per user. In this case, your friends will also need to download the app. Besides, if they enter your code before any other code, you will get 5/$10 for the first purchase of at least 2/$2 they make with a credit card or PayPal account for plans that cost 7/$12 or more
Note that it is also possible that tickets are no longer available and that is why you can not select any more. We recommend you to check always first that you can select as many tickets as you want before confirming your purchase.
View ArticleThe best way to know if a purchase has been successfully made is to check the "Tickets" section of your profile.
If you find the ticket for this purchase in this section, it means the purchase has been completed even though you may have not yet been charged in your credit card or Paypal account.
If your ticket is not there, the purchase has not been completed yet and you must do it again if you still want the ticket. In these cases, we recommend that you:
Delete the payment method introduced from the Settings section in your app.
Close the app so it can refresh and the cache can be deleted.
Log in again (from the same platform used before, either Facebook or Google) and check the Tickets section to confirm no ticket has been eventually purchased.
Once confirmed no purchases were made, introduce again the payment method and purchase your tickets.
If you didn't make a purchase using the app:
To purchase from www.feverup.com, you have to log into your Fever account using your Facebook/Google login. Keep in mind that if you have already added a Facebook/Google profile to www.feverup.com, the website will save your credentials and you won't have to log in each time.
If after making your purchase you do not receive the confirmation email to your usual address, check to see which account was actually used to make the purchase as it might not be the one you expected.
Once you have found the email confirmation, download the app onto your mobile device using the same login credentials, go to the ticket section of the app and enjoy the event.

View ArticleThe app is designed and intended for only one active profile per device (Mobile or tablet). If you have ever used more than one Fever profile on your device, the use of vouchers gets automatically blocked and you will never be able to use our discount coupons on those profiles.
This happens, for instance, when users sign in with Facebook or Google interchangeably: two different profiles are created. Or if a relative/friend of yours has used your device to check his profile, none of you will be able to redeem codes anymore.
When this happens, we must delete all the profiles used to sign in from that device except one, otherwise vouchers cannot be used.
If that is your case, please send an email from the account you want to delete to [email protected] explaining the situation.

Once a device is associated to a Fever account, there is no going back (not even if you close your Fever session). Unfortunately, it is easy to forget how you logged in initially and you might log in with the other social network by accident. In this event you would be creating a new account. From that moment on, the app will detect that you are using "two" accounts in the same device, an activity contrary to the terms of use that every user agrees to fulfill when creating the profile.
In these cases, it is common that your tickets "disappear" mysteriously, because you have bought them with one account and have logged in with the other. You will not be able to redeem vouchers correctly either.
