FICO is an old clunky company trying to be relevant. Pushing everything to the cloud without real strategy is a cluster. Platform is a pipe dream at this time.

Invest in technology and follow through. Follow your competitors and know their pricing and features/functionality. Fire the Falcon team. Arrogant, out of touch.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Other than one person of color, FICO's ELT looks like the Utah GOP in 1950. Old white men, doesn't reflect the company or their markets. Marketing guy is a clown. Strategy is lacking. But the ELT manages the earnings to hit their obscene pay. 2 layoffs in 2 years shows pisspoor execution. Shameful.
