Always help each other and enjoy work

Team support is great on the surface.

My team was strategic and collegial.

when management is not slowing us down, we get things done

Interoperability, and a high level of skill. Usually, someone is willing to sit down with you and educate you on the products they oversee to help you become a more rounded employee if you desired. Action and focus on Glint's feedback.
