Engage with team members on with team build events. Have a general interest and actually care about you.
Internally, they're highly approachable. There may be folks who have never talked with any of them but others will routinely go out of their way to ensure that every employee under them has at least 30 minutes of face time with them a year, which adds up to a lot of time when you hit 1k reports.
They are inclusive, doesn't matter your level and you are treated with all respect.

Other than one person of color, FICO's ELT looks like the Utah GOP in 1950. Old white men, doesn't reflect the company or their markets. Marketing guy is a clown. Strategy is lacking. But the ELT manages the earnings to hit their obscene pay. 2 layoffs in 2 years shows pisspoor execution. Shameful.
