Narcissistic company culture. Company is very siloed which is funny for a software company who sells and creates software to break down silo's. Marketing and sales do not get along and cannot work on the page.

Engage with team members on with team build events. Have a general interest and actually care about you.

The process could be improved by the hiring manager understanding the job and being able to rely acquate job details to potential candidate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
FICO makes changes to the way they do business based on the direction of the wind. The don't roll out fully complete plans on how to do new business.
