What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding what it is they are actually asking employees' to do.
Other than one person of color, FICO's ELT looks like the Utah GOP in 1950. Old white men, doesn't reflect the company or their markets. Marketing guy is a clown. Strategy is lacking. But the ELT manages the earnings to hit their obscene pay. 2 layoffs in 2 years shows pisspoor execution. Shameful.
time will not allow this company to operate under its current management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If FICO provided CPI salary increases.
Provide equity to line employees not just VP's
flatter distribution to all employees
Better insurance rates. Higher RSUs for lower pay bands.

Lead by example. Improve collaboration. Remove silos.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The process could be improved by the hiring manager understanding the job and being able to rely acquate job details to potential candidate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Invest in technology and follow through. Follow your competitors and know their pricing and features/functionality. Fire the Falcon team. Arrogant, out of touch.
