Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I worked there it was horrible and don't let a person close to you pass on. You can explain to them that you want more responsibilites and a better paying position... They will lie to you and overwork you without even saying a thank you for all that you do. They just burn you out
Better pay and health coverage
Having full time hours, and a better pay rate.

We should all communicate and help each other as a team

Everything needs to change. The culture needs to change. Management style needs to change

Have management and upper levels change basic policy. It shouldn't be an circus to report an issue.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make it less detail intensive. 7 years of previous employment is a lot to keep track of, unless you have goals for long term employment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is disconnected from the day to day concerns of employees and rarely engages them

Needs to start over beginning with management and higher ups first
The training needs to be more of a focal point. If there are uncontrollable issues within a training session, it should be extended to accommodate those problems.
