I'm undervalued because I'm doing the work of atleast 6 people all by myself with no help from the managers. I only get paid for 5 days of work and I'm being forced to work 6 days without any extra money. I need coworkers and more money
Previous work experience was heavily complimented so my expectations were to be paid at least 12/hr not 9.50/hr
They dont do much about anything
There are many competitors of employers in the field that pay way more than what I am getting paid and I was in a position capable of more money which was taken from me
