They make employees feel down always telling us how we are irreplaceable. We are not allow to dall in sick even if we have covid or a stomach virus. That is putting others at risk to getting sick. They talked to us that we are not allowed to call in. They are rude to us.

I have not been happy at work at all. The enviroment is bad the managers take advantage of their position

They need to understand us. We need the job but they also need employees. They need to find better ways to say something an they need to make us feel as if we really are a team. They need to understand the situations we face daily
