What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I think the coworkers get along. Its upper management that causes problems.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Many of the big bosses are out of touch with normal society. They are wealthy individuals who cannot relate to average people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Simple lack of appreciation. And stop promoting individuals because of their race or gender. If you want to be successful. Hire and promote the best people for the job. Stop worrying about filling minority quotas.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Monthly goals are often unachievable. To get our full bonus we must complete 100% of our goals. The goals are set too high. No matter how hard you try. You cannot complete 100% of your monthly goals.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Treat the employees better. The bosses make millions of dollars in salary and bonus. Yet they make it nearly impossible for me to earn mine. After all. They make money off of the work I do. They don't find new customers or sign loans. I do.
