Strong passion, people-focused, rationally ambitious. They strike a good balance between goals and expectations.
The leadership is more than extremely capable. The VP of Marketing has been my mentor more years now and I only grow more impressed by his knowledge and intuition. I've grown to know the CEO personally over the last few years as well and his decision making skill is second to none.
This is a total lost cause of a question. Maybe they should hire a consulting company and teach their managers and executives about what it means to be a leader and how to build people up rather than squash them. The culture is pretty bad and I should have trusted my gut during initial interviews.
