What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even as the company has grown, there's a team/family vibe. We all get the sense that "we're in it together" working toward common objectives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
highly collaborative, intelligent, creative thinkers. The team are some of the hardest-working people I've known and everyone has a strong sense of ownership over their roles and programs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I actually got to meet the CEO during my interview. I don't think this happens for everyone, but it was awesome that it worked out, and he seemed to be genuinely interested in me as a person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing about our comp package is unlimitted PTO. We're actually required to take at least 10 days off each year with no less than 5 of them being consecutive days off. I really appreciate the emphasis on taking care of each team member's personal well-being.
