The market value pay for my position i much higher than what I'm getting right now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can speak my ideas to the leadership team, and I normally feel heard and my ideas welcome. There are some individuals that tend to only care about the bottom line and they feel like instilling fear in their subordinates is the right way to manage. Just different styles of management, I guess.
