What are some of the best things about your team?

Growth minded. Handles the frustrations of corporate hassle with levity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Typically have positive aspirations and intentions, even if business decisions prevent living up to the ideals.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Most hiring sectioning are made by white men. I think there is a lot of bias in the process.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are pretty typical execs. Well intentioned, but I worry they sometimes are disconnected from the reality of the company as they are surrounded by managers who never want to deliver bad news.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of growth and opportunity. Lack of mentorship and feedback. Too much praise, not enough, feedback about how to improve. Managers "delegate" managerial task to non-managers thus preventing non-managers from doing actually work. Regular interruptions in the form of unplanned work 'initiatives.'
