Respect and support from each of team members. We understand that we can all be successful together and individually.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
An open PTO is nice. As long as the work is completed, I can take a day off as needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teams are willing to help other teams for the collective strategy. It is not a one team feels superior to the other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see compensation better aligned to production. The better I do, the more I would like to be eligible to receive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leads by empowering all around but is not so disconnected that they are unable to roll up their sleeves and understand the challenges as well as offer how they might approach something.
