What are some of the best things about your team?

Bright, curious, collaborative, and friendly.

What makes you most happy at work?

The fact it enables the average person to access capital they otherwise couldn't and insights into their finances.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to have a clear vision of the future in the industry and the company's role in it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are friendly. Some in leadership have ego trips and feel threatened and push personal agendas on the company which creates a toxic environment, but overall they are good at what they do and to date these agendas haven't stalled company progress. The annual trip needs to go, it's just politics

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The CFO openly stated in an all-hands meeting that they hire people under-market value. To date, the only answer about the research done to ensure the company is paying equitable market-value is that, since people agree to the salary offered it is equitable. Finicity has lost a lot of good talent.
