Everyone in our team is happy to help out with answering questions or sharing subject matter expertise they might have. Also, they are just great people to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't get a raise last year, but even before that I was underpaid based on comparable positions in the area. An increase in pay and a better 401k plan with less fees would make me feel more valued.
