FireMon's leadership team is approachable, focused, experienced and cares deeply about delivering outcomes for customers and and the FireMon team.
The leadership team is authentic, smart, and driven. They show integrity in what they do and are always working to do what is best for FireMon, and its employees.

It's competitive with upside opportunity.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has each other's back and is willing to help. There are no egos and we share what we learn with each other. I have developed genuine friendships with my team.
My peers are awesome! The team is full of smart people that are fun to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a fast-paced environment, which I like. The energy is great because it really pushes you to think on your feet. I love the challenge. The best part is that I know I am making a difference on our team.
We move fast, experiment and everyone is focused on delivering value for our customers. FIreMon invests in the growth of its team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was clear what FireMon was looking for and they invested time in really understanding my strengths and how I best fit into helping to achieve the company's goals.
The recruiting team is really communicative. That helped me understand where I was in the process. I liked everyone that I interviewed with, so I got more excited as the process went on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is mentally challenging and I can see the impact my work has for customers and the company. I love my job.
