I don't really use it because I have my own insurance, but I didn't want to rate it low because I don't use it.
I can choose exactly what I want and have the freedom to stop the benefits whenever I would like.

We are paid below the state average for our position.
No recognition, feeling under valued and out dated systems. Running lean is not the problem. Asking an employee to take on what two/ three people would normally do and not be compensated for it would be the problem. Tenure or loyalty means nothing
