They listen and try their best to answer any questions and concerns.
They don't sweat the small stuff. As long as you have your 40 hours in, they don't get upset if you take off for an appointment.
Communication and providing adequate sick time for employees.
Leadership needs to think about their employees other than themselves
No loyalty towards middle management or front line employee's. The exec's put their own interest's ahead of the business. Hard even trying to get $.25 raise for an employee, but okay to see their quarterly six figure bonuses. Asking others to take on jobs or tasks of three people w/out compensation
