Left doesn’t know what the right is doing. If it weren’t for the immediate need our customer needs for cash this place would be

Been working at the company for around 3 years. No room for advancement. Current supervisor must allow you to move on to another position

Bad. Good ol boy system. If you are a member of The Church of Christ you are guaranteed a position.

It's been mostly positive. It's slow some days for I'm in a small town. But since I work with friends the atmosphere is great.

They listen and try their best to answer any questions and concerns.

They don't sweat the small stuff. As long as you have your 40 hours in, they don't get upset if you take off for an appointment.

Communication and providing adequate sick time for employees.

Leadership needs to think about their employees other than themselves

No loyalty towards middle management or front line employee's. The exec's put their own interest's ahead of the business. Hard even trying to get $.25 raise for an employee, but okay to see their quarterly six figure bonuses. Asking others to take on jobs or tasks of three people w/out compensation

I don't really use it because I have my own insurance, but I didn't want to rate it low because I don't use it.

I can choose exactly what I want and have the freedom to stop the benefits whenever I would like.

HR needs to do market analysis

We are paid below the state average for our position.

No recognition, feeling under valued and out dated systems. Running lean is not the problem. Asking an employee to take on what two/ three people would normally do and not be compensated for it would be the problem. Tenure or loyalty means nothing

my store team is amazing we are all veterans here and make the job fun.

Remove all executive level staff and start over

We all work together and help each other out if one needs to take care of something else.

We are friends who get along great.

We all get along well and provide some of the best customer experience in our area.

HR, Compliance, and the exec's need to be retooled. They are worse than the Dallas city council

Changing the mindset of upper management. Stop hiring church friends and board members step sons as upper management and bring on real leaders

Better pay and praise when a job is well done;
