What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a family controlled bank our compensation structure is slightly different than our publicly traded peers but I think our leadership works hard to stay competitive with overall compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership takes a long term view on strategic planning and setting goals. This helps the employees stay focused on the tasks at hand and the ability work toward alignment and achievement of those goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I genuinely enjoy my coworkers and feel that this is a common thing at FCB. There is a supportive and positive energy within our teams and a desire to see others succeed.
