First Citizens' greatest strength in terms of employment here is their culture. Strong culture. Family friendly, work-life balance is great, lots of support for balancing life-work here at headquarters (Raleigh). Associates are helpful, supportive, and genuinely nice.

Leadership needs to lead by example and demonstrate the importance of emotional intelligence. They need to empower the workforce and give them a common mission to work towards.
Working as a team so that everyone gets input instead of one or two being allowed to dictate.
