What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very, very long time ago, so much so that I doubt my experience has any relevance to current interview conditions.
It was pretty quick and easy. One phone call one meeting and bam I was hired
Interview process moved quickly and i with 4 people through the process vs a much larger # of interviews
Got to meet with all the right people and see authentic leaders. What you see during the interviews is exactly what you get once you join the company.

There was a lot of communication about company culture.
Good idea of job duties and expectations to determine if a good fit.
There is honest discussion about the job and its requirements. The bank is looking for the best fit.
this was in 2015, but it was a face to face interview with not just the manager but also other leaders in the group. (still in COVID restrictions right now)
