It won't happen with this company as long as Frank Bisignano and his buddies run the company. When we merged with Fiserv one of them said " I can believe the way First Data treats its employees".....not soon after Frank became CEO ......the original Fiserv people were so disappointed.
Benefits were cut during the pandemic and have never made it all the way back.
This company makes you do the job before you're being paid for it. Then they pay you for it and raise the bar again. The expectation is that you work 24 hours a day

Base pay is too low, we're losing a lot of good folks to better offers. Once in the door, achieving significant raises is almost impossible unless you are fast-tracking with connections.
Year-end evaluation-related comp increases don't even cover cost of living increases. Comp pool is capped so even if you wanted to comp based on merit you can't. Internal promotion comp increases are way lower than what an external candidate would receive as a new employee.
