Mr. Daniel J. Charron, also known as Dan, has been Head of Global Business Solutions and Executive Vice President at First Data Corporation since February 2015. Mr. Charron served as Executive Vice President of Global Business Solutions at First Data Corporation. Mr. Charron served as the President at Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC since May 28, 2013. He was responsible for all mergers and acquisitions for Chase Paymentech Solutions. Since March 2013, he served as the Acting Head of Chase Paymentech and served as the Head of Client Services. Mr. Charron served as an Executive Vice President of Client Services at Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC until May 2013. He was responsible for enterprise business operations, including merchant set-up and boarding, call centers and help desks and regional retail relationship management. He oversaw Chase Paymentechs' diverse network of business partner relationships, including independent sales organizations (ISO), agent/referral banks, the Canadian enterprise and Merchant Link for 14 years. He joined Chase Paymentech Solutions in 2000, taking on roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Charron served as Managing Partner for marchFIRST (formerly, USWeb/CKS), a leading global Internet professional services firm. He spent nine years at Total System Service, Inc. (TSYS), where he oversaw a variety of functions, including system development, project management, conversions and corporate development. Mr. Charron served as a Member of Directors Advisory Board of CardinalCommerce Corporation. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Charron has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering/construction management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a master's degree in business administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
