Regular employee layoffs, lack of proper staffing in most departments, poor training, outdated systems and processes, poor benefits, get good review and get 0-1% raise many and several times, CEO and his buddies is more inline with loading pockets then doing the right thing for the company&employee
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management is just there to micro-manage and create reports for upper management. Very structured format and NO open box thinking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It won't happen with this company as long as Frank Bisignano and his buddies run the company. When we merged with Fiserv one of them said " I can believe the way First Data treats its employees".....not soon after Frank became CEO ......the original Fiserv people were so disappointed.
