Too much to tell and it would have to start at the top first.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Departments need to work together to make sure how there involvement affects another department by the business decisions that are made.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The structure of the company and provide better systems and technology. Get all the business entities on the same billing system.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Location is closing and there is no communication on the closing and what is happening to people who being let go transitioning there positions to who at this point no one has been hired for that function to transition to.
