Started out great 20 years ago. In the past 10+ years it has been a steady downhill experience. Constant changing middle management replaced with people that do not know what they are doing and constantly make bad decisions. Offshore support has made everything MUCH worse.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Thinking through, and considering implications of, decisions made that negatively affect the employees that keep the company running. Stop making a lot of major changes too close in timeframe. Go to the correct people to help make those decisions.
