Hiring a supervisor and manager that know the work and know how to manage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supervisors need to be fair across the board and no favoritism to be done.

The KPI , stip is valued with to many variables to it. It is unfair.
What makes you most happy at work?
Main problems I see in every department is the management team not knowing the work, being to young and the treatment of division of workers
