Great work environment, little stress in my job

Restoring power to customers and seeing how happy and thankful they are

Getting each task done thats handed to me.

The reward of knowing what we do really matters, our company allows seemless electrical power throughout 13 states.

Main problems I see in every department is the management team not knowing the work, being to young and the treatment of division of workers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nobody is ever excited about going to work. However it is a great place to work.

ability to work remotely when it is needed.

Allowing more non physical employees the ability to work remotely.
