First of all, there is no appreciation in FirstService Residential at all. They ask you to work more for less. It would be fine if someone had a job at the head office. But working as a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, ... is a disaster

We are just poor people who try to survive.

They promised me to have a good raise every year when I got hired. But it was not true. The company increased 2%, which is even less than the inflation.

There is no effective system to measure people's performance. Every year people make some goals and try to reach the goals. But no one cares about the results. It is just a show-off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have a plan to quit like many ex-coworkers. There is no appropriate raise at FirstService Residential. When you work for years here, you will find that you earn less than everyone in the same position in a different company.
