At Firstup, we offer an employee-led DE&I Council that offers programs and thought leadership, with an overall mission to connect and communicate leadership's DE&I initiatives to the employee population. We recognize that the only way to make progress in DEIB is to make systematic change. That is why we also offer training, company-wide DEIB events and an annual engagement survey to ensure all voices are heard.

At Firstup, community means many things. It's the community we build at our company, it's the community we build in the many cities where we work and it's the community we cultivate with our customers.

That's why we offer a variety of programs and initiatives to build these communities, including paid days off to volunteer each quarter at the nonprofit or school of your choice and a matching donation program. We also host roundtable discussions with our many customers to share ideas on various DEIB initiatives across companies. Our goal is to make systematic change and what better way than sharing best practices with some of the world's largest organizations.
