My team is kind and helpful. We are all there for each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have unlimited PTO and paid healthcare. We also get paid to take time off. If you take five consecutive days off, you get a bonus. It's called the "Fruity Drink Bonus!" Who doesn't like a fruity drink?
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly believe I am making an impact with our customers. We have 40 of the Fortune 100 and I love getting to work with our customers and help them make a difference in the lives of their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Firstup is fast paced but in a good way. You are allowed to use your skills and expertise to drive projects and ideas forward. If you have an idea, go for it. Plus, there is upward mobility and room to grow at the company. They care about my development.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of Firstup's values is "we are all owners." I love this because the leadership team truly does value our opinions and expertise. They turn to us as leaders and give us the space to innovate and drive projects forward. The leadership team trusts their employees and it shows. We all win as a team.
