The level of transparency and quality of information shared by ELT during town halls are valuable. Whether its good news or tough news, it is already delivered with thought and care.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a heathy work environment and flexibility makes me most happy at Firstup. As we all work hard, we are encouraged to recharge and take time off (FTO, Fruity Drink Bonus - $500, volunteer days, Distance Days, etc.). These programs give us plenty of opportunity to unplug and come back refreshed
