I've had a great time growing as a person here at Firstup. There's been a roller coaster of different projects and some really trying times to get things done and some really fun times where things have been laid back. I like the balance of fast paced but still laid back environment.

Everyone is team-first oriented, everyone is also open-minded. We all get along really well.

They are forward thinking and not afraid to make changes to get to the ultimate goal
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is full of people who are selfless and willing to help to make the company better and to reach its goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think in comparison to the market, I think I'm a bit undervalued. I think just matching what the standards of the role are in my region would leave me satisfied.
