Knowing what I should be doing and having clear responsibilities and direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and it seems everyone has the same goals/desires. So far, it really feels like we're all trying to strive for excellence.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only been here for a month and I have been in training primarily. I don't feel as though I can give an accurate or well thought out response.
