All of it but I love how we care about people and the community; lots of involvement there.

Great people (not a lot of large egos) very sharp thought leaders that make me better professionally and personally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and I have been pleased with the direction they have taken us and the company so far.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being challenged and being taken out of my comfort zone (in a good way) so I grow professionally. My manager has my best interests in mind and has helped me reach my goals.
