Everyone on the team is very helpful and friendly. The overall culture is very welcoming, respectful and down to earth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The competitive salary. Firstup also has unlimited PTO and an extra bonus, the 'fruity umbrella drink' bonus if you take 5 consecutive days of vacation!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment and culture are conducive to great collaboration! Cross-functional teams are open to feedback. There is also a lot of diversity, which means there are more perspectives and experiences within our team, and this really fosters creativity and productivity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like the transparency and down-to-earth culture in the leadership team. Our CEO (co-founder) had a welcome meeting with all the new hires to share company vision! I have worked at large companies and start-ups, and I have never had a personal welcome meeting with the CEO!! Amazing!
