Overall it has been an excellent experience. There has been a little worry around the redundancies that took place last year and the possibility of that happening again. Other than that, I have had an amazing beginning to my career at Firstup and I hope it's a long one.

We are all very friendly and can communicate personally as well as professionally.

Being surrounded by the right people definitely makes it much easier to work anywhere and Firstup have definitely recruited a great workforce that makes it a much better place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the overall social element is fantastic. I think that generally comes from good recruitment as everyone employed here is extremely friendly and welcoming. It gives an awesome vibe anytime you are in the office
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely open and free to chat. My previous roles, I would never have communicated with leadership teams whereas I have spoken to the majority of ours already. They are all ridiculously friendly and very nice to talk to. It's been very refreshing meeting them all
