I am newer to the company, but so far have seen a leadership team that really cares about improving and communicating with us, and coworkers who trip over themselves to be helpful. It has been a great start so far.

I love that they are open to new ideas, that they welcome thoughts and questions, and that they are transparent about leadership and company goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Anticipating needs and compensation trends in the tech industry is refreshing. I don't want to have to constantly look at the market to determine if I'm being compensated commensurately. We do a great job here of recognizing that.
