They really care and are invested in my success as well as the success of the company. They don't just say the right things, they actually do the right things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like a start up and no one says, "that's not my job". If someone can help you, they help you. But if there is someone that would be better able to help you, they will tell you who it is and even introduce you to that person.
