Executive Bio
An entrepreneurially-minded, results-oriented Chief Financial Officer with more than 25 years of experience, Mike has experience in all facets of accounting and finance, having worked for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Mike began his career in public accounting before joining an early-stage venture capital firm. At The Active Network, Mike helped to take the company public in 2011, as well as finalizing the sale to Vista Equity Partners in 2014. Since Active, Mike has served as CFO for several companies, most recently Abacus Data Systems, a PSG Portfolio company. Mike led the finance and accounting departments during the growth of this private equity backed organization and its eventual sale to the private equity firm, Thomas H. Lee.
Outside of work Mike loves to travel and spend time outdoors with his wife and two high school girls.
